I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches in order to help people make positive changes and improve their overall quality of life. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and client-centered: It is both informed by science and responsive to the needs of the individual.

 

I believe that psychotherapy is most effective when the process is collaborative and the connection is authentic. I aim to offer an environment of safety and acceptance to facilitate personal exploration, wellness, and change. I draw primarily upon cognitive and behavioral traditions, with the incorporation of mindfulness and acceptance strategies.
