Kate Vaillancourt, PsyD
I am a licensed Psychologist in the state of NH. I received my Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University New England in 2012 after completing a predoctoral internship in clinical psychology at the Carson Center for Adults and Families in Westfield, MA, where I received intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and recovery from substance use and addictions.
My clinical training experience has also included an externship with Harvard Medical School at the Shattuck Hospital in Jamaica Plain, inpatient crisis counseling and intervention at NH Hospital, and psychological and neuropsychological testing and evaluation with children, adolescents, and adults at The Counseling Center of Nashua.
I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified by Postpartum Support International (PSI), and currently serve as a NH State Volunteer Support Coordinator and board liaison for PSI. I am also a Level 2 Complicated Grief Informed Clinician with specialized training though Columbia University, Columbia School of Social Work. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, New Hampshire Psychological Association, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and Postpartum Support International.
